Russell Stoll is the Principal at Da Vinci Design. Stoll has been a part of the Da Vinci Schools family since 2011 where he has served as an academic coach, English teacher, alumni coordinator and student leadership advisor prior to being a school site administrator. Stoll’s experience in these roles influence his focus on the importance of school culture and creating an inclusive environment where all students feel safe, welcome, and empowered to lead. Stoll is especially proud and honored to have taught the first six classes of Seniors from Da Vinci Design as their English teacher, and to have been part of graduating every class from Da Vinci Design as either their teacher or administrator.
Stoll is a born and bred Southern California native from Ventura. He graduated from UCLA in 2009 with a B.A. in English, emphasis in Creative Writing: Fiction. Stoll’s has completed 250+ hours of yoga teacher training, and his background as a yoga instructor and wilderness enthusiast informs his perspectives on a whole child approach to education. It is a poorly kept secret that Stoll loves to sing, and has participated in the Da Vinci Staff Choir group.
