Theresa Leone joined DV Connect in 2014, after teaching for more than 10 years in a traditional school setting. She currently serves as a parent support specialist for K-8 students. What appeals most to Theresa about Da Vinci Connect is the absolute commitment all stakeholders have to educating the whole child–academics, creativity, problem-solving and social-emotional development all get equal billing at DV Connect. A South Bay native, Theresa earned her B.A. in Psychology at UC Santa Barbara, her Multiple Subject teaching credential at CSU Dominguez Hills, and completed her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix. When she is not in the classroom, she can be found spending quality time with her family. Most likely, they will be traveling the globe, reading and/or cooking. Theresa’s secret wish is to be a published author!
