Sam Ruhl (she/her/hers) was born and raised in Torrance, California. After high school, she moved to San Luis Obispo to attend California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English and her Teaching Credentials. Though her time in SLO has come to an end, she continues with Cal Poly as a master’s student in their School of Education.
Sam is excited to begin her career as an educator, not only teaching but learning from her students. Aside from reading, Sam likes to spend her free time with her family and friends, play both board and video games, and walk her dog, Oliver.
