For over 16 years Nick “AD” Davidson has developed and managed athletic departments and wellness programs, generated revenue, built strong relationships with the community, and enhanced coaching and support staff through professional development.
While serving as the former Athletic Director / P.E. Chair of two California Interscholastic Federation Southern Section Schools (CIFSS) and one City Section school, he provided a foundation of quality coaching, competitive teams and growth in student-athlete participation. All programs grew in student body, faculty, staff, parent association and community support.
Nick is also a Senior Trainer for The Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) and Master Trainer/Lifestyle Coach for the Black Women’s Health Imperative in collaboration with the Center for Disease Control (CDC). As a PCA Senior Trainer, he facilitates training sessions for leadership, coaches, student athletes, referees and parents. The PCA workshops teach the development of a double goal sports program, where redefining winner, honoring the game and feeling the emotional tank are the bedrock principles. As a Master Trainer, he trains and certifies medical personnel interested in teaching the T2 Prevention program who’s target population are pre-diabetics.
Nick describes his life as being “characterized by tremendous enthusiasm, a positive approach, and a desire to succeed.”
