Megan Martin is the Director of Da Vinci Curriculum and Instruction. She has seven years of experience as a Humanities teacher and has served as a BTSA Mentor Teacher and member of the WASC study team while at Da Vinci. Prior to joining Da Vinci, Megan was an English Department Chair and founding lead teacher of Lawndale High School’s Biomedical Careers Academy. As an undergraduate student, Megan studied Psychology and Social Behavior at the University of California, Irvine, and simultaneously worked in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis. Megan also coached various high school and college dance teams and studied Italian Language and Culture in Siena, Italy. Later, she earned her M.A. in Education and a Single Subject Credential from UCLA. She is currently enrolled in the Institute of School Leadership and Administration at Loyola Marymount University. Megan is thrilled to be a member of the dynamic Da Vinci team that values an innovative hands-on education that is rigorous, relevant and engaging.
