Megan Martin is the Director of Curriculum & Instruction at Da Vinci Schools, where she supports the development and implementation of innovative, student-centered teaching and learning across the network. She works closely with the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction to strengthen instructional practices and build systems that support both students and educators. Prior to this role, Megan served as the Director of the Da Vinci Institute, supporting professional learning and development, and as the Assistant Principal of Da Vinci Design.
She brings a diverse background in education, including experience as an ELA teacher, BTSA mentor, and WASC accreditation team member and leader. Before joining Da Vinci, Megan was an English Department Chair and founding teacher for Lawndale High School’s Biomedical Careers Academy. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine—where she also worked in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis—and earned her M.A. in Education and Single Subject Credential from UCLA, and an Administrative Services Credential from Cal State Long Beach.
Megan is a proud mom of two, a breast cancer survivor, and someone who deeply values balance and community. Outside of work, she finds joy in travel, yoga, and spending time in nature.
