Iván Villanueva holds a B.A. in Communications and an M.A. in Communications Studies. Iván discovered his passion for teaching while substitute teaching around the Los Angeles area after several years in the music publishing industry. Iván loves teaching Spanish because he gets to incorporate several subjects which are near to his heart; language, geography, culture, and Latin-American history. In his spare time, Iván enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with his newborn son, Asier.
