Erin D’Souza is the Principal of Da Vinci Communications and a founding Da Vinci teacher and school leader. She served as Assistant Principal of Da Vinci Science for 10 years. Throughout the 10 years, Erin mentored teachers and counselors, designed and led professional development for all staff, and collaborated with stakeholders in meaningful and effective ways. Prior to joining Da Vinci, Erin taught Project-Based Humanities at Camino Nuevo High School for three years and was a member of the Extended Leadership Team. She also has taught at Bishop Mora Salesian High School in Los Angeles. Erin earned her M.A. in Secondary Education at Loyola Marymount University through the PLACE Corps program. Erin has California Professional Clear Single-Subject Credentials in both English and Biology. She spent her undergraduate years at the University of Notre Dame, earning a B.A. in English and Psychology. Whenever she can, Erin likes to spend time outdoors biking and running. She is thrilled to be a part of the Da Vinci team because she loves Da Vinci students and the amazing projects they create!
