Andy Galbraith teaches Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Computer Science and Weight Training at DVC. He loves working on real world projects with DVC students, wearing shorts or costumes and drinking frequent cups of tea.
Andy studied Engineering at Cambridge University in the UK, joined the British Army and worked in New York City prior to becoming a teacher in Los Angeles. He earned his teaching credential from Cal State Dominguez Hills and a Masters in Education from UCLA.
As a native of rainy South Wales, Andy is a big fan of sunny Los Angeles and can often be found hiking, biking, or playing at the beach with his wife Lauren and twin daughters Brooke and Zoe.
