Da Vinci is seeking innovative educators ready to work together to integrate students' learning experiences with the real world.

Part-Time (16 hours/week) Registered Nurse - NEW

Da Vinci Schools is currently recruiting a Part-Time (16 hours/week) Registered Nurse (R.N.) to begin work immediately. A Certificate of Audiometry is required or in progress. Teacher Recruitment

New Da Vinci high school teachers receive approximately 21 days of paid professional development (continuing teachers receive 18 days) plus 5 1/2 hours per week and a daily hour-and-a-half planning period for collaborative planning to ensure that every student who graduates from Da Vinci Schools is college-ready, career-prepared, and community-minded. Da Vinci Innovation Academy teachers receive 4 weeks of professional development plus 6 hours of collaborative planning time during the week.

Searching for Teachers who want to:

• Create and implement project-based curriculum for assigned core courses.
• Connect student work to the world outside the classroom.
• Work well with colleagues.
• Develop interdisciplinary curriculum with team partners.
• Personalize instruction. Differentiate to support and/or challenge students.
• Know, see, and value students.
• Act as an advisor for a group of students.
• Work well with parents.
• Be a conscientious, innovative, and reflective practitioner.
• Take part in the design and maintenance of innovative components of school.
• Be comfortable utilizing technology.
• Love teaching and learning.

Work Year:  August to June

Employment Type:  Full and Part-Time

Salary:  $48,000-$93,000 based on experience, plus benefits

A Valid CA Teaching Credential is Required

Master's Degree AND Teaching Experience Recommended
