Da Vinci's Early College program provides an excellent opportunity for high school students to begin their college education early in a familiar and supportive environment.

Our Early College program, in partnership with Antioch University Los Angeles and El Camino College, offers students the opportunity to earn college credits for free while they are still in high school, reducing the time and cost of attaining a college degree. The Da Vinci college curriculum is designed to enable students to matriculate with up to one year of college credit upon graduation from high school. Acceptances of college classes are subject to the approval of transferring four-year colleges and universities..

During the 2011-2012 school year, we offered U.S History in partnership with Antioch University Los Angeles and several Project Lead The Way courses in partnership with El Camino College. In 2010-2011, approximately 200 students enrolled in Speech Communication, Robotics, Photography 150 and Film/Video through El Camino College and earned approximately 600 transferable college credits. In 2009-2010, two college level courses were offered in collaboration with El Camino College: Group Discussion (Speech) and Robotics. In addition, 34 students completed a non-college credit El Camino Calculus Prep course in Fall 2010.

In 2012-2013, we will expand our early college offerings to include courses through Marymount College and Foothill-De Anza Community College District.

Students may also enroll in college classes on their own. Below is a list of local colleges and universities and the programs that they offer for high school students.
